Harbord Kourt Policies

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, a guest’s credit card will be charged for the first night’s stay, including applicable occupancy tax. If a reservation is cancelled more than 14 days from scheduled arrival, charges, less a 5% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of scheduled arrival, this charge will not be refunded.

Smoking Policy

We have a strict non-smoking policy indoors. If your room smells of smoke, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed. Although we are pet lovers ourselves, it is our express intent to maintain a hypoallergenic environment for our guests, and we are not equipped to manage our furry friends.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later; check-out is at 11 AM. Unless a key is specifically requested, guests can expect to receive a text message on the day of check in with a unique door code and instructions to access their cottage.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Harbord Kourt. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.


At The Harbord Kourt we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
